📋 Terms and Policies
These terms and conditions govern your use of 7figures Globe Trading services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Security Fee
A security fee is charged on all packages during initial subscription or package upgrades.
- • The security fee is renewable every 183 days. Failure to renew within this period will result in account disconnection.
- • No refunds are issued on the security fee if your account has been traded on.
- • In the case of selecting a wrong package or deciding you're no longer interested before trading begins, a 10% deduction will apply to your refund.
- • No third-party deposits are allowed.
2. Subscription and Upgrades
- • Subscribing to a new package takes up to 24 hours for approval.
- • Upgrading to a higher package takes between 1–7 business days. All open trades must be closed before an upgrade is processed.
- • The MT4 account must hold at least the minimum capital required for the selected package.
3. Unsubscribing
Unsubscribing from a package takes 1–7 business days. All trades must be closed before the process begins.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only permitted to bank accounts bearing the client's registered name as reflected on the dashboard.
5. Capital Security & Compensation Policy
Capital security is only available starting from the Executive Package.
In the event of capital loss, 50% of the profit share will be granted as compensation, meaning a 50:50 split between the client and 7Figures.
Example:
With a $5,000 capital, a $1,250 compensation may be issued.
Important Conditions:
- • If your total profit has exceeded 70% of your capital, no compensation will be granted.
- • If profit margin is between 40% – 65%, compensation will be 25% of the loss, calculated as:
Compensation = 25% × (Capital – Profit)
Compensation requests will take 3–7 months for approval and processing.
6. Referral System
- • Direct Referrals earn 15% of the referred user's paid security fee.
- • RSR (Reduce Sharing Ratio): For each active referral, your profit-sharing ratio is reduced by 2%, increasing your earnings. (E.g., from 45:55% to 47:53%).
7. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- • Providing accurate information during registration.
- • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- • Ensuring their MT4 accounts are correctly linked.
- • Monitoring their account performance regularly.
8. Dispute Resolution / Support
Any disputes should be directed to our support team at our contact page. We aim to resolve all issues within 5–10 business days.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
